ABOUT OUR EXECUTIVE CHEF + OWNER
Meet Chef Christopher McMullen (aka "Seth Brundle”), an emerging talent in the culinary world with over 15 years of experience whose mission is to create innovative and unforgettable dishes. Known for his bold and daring approach to cooking, Chef Chris is not afraid to push boundaries and challenge traditional culinary norms. His dishes often feature unexpected flavor combinations and unexpected textures, leaving diners both surprised and delighted.
Of all places, Chris’ career in the culinary industry started in Entertainment. With a passion for food that began at a young age, he initially spent years honing his craft and experimenting with flavors and techniques regularly cooking for family and friends. His passions evolved into working in front of the camera, where he created and hosted two web series, Fundamental and Butter + Brown for Hoorae Productions, before licensing it to cable network Aspire TV. In addition to since completing 3 seasons of B+B and 2 season of Big Screen, Small Bites with Aspire, he’s hosted a variety of digital series with Hillman Grad Productions, Buzzfeed and Complex.
After a decade in food media, Chef Chris decided to get even more serious about his craft and attended culinary school at St. Joseph’s where he graduated valedictorian of his class. He then went on to work at some of the country's best restaurants like David Chang’s Majordomo where he continued to develop his skills.
With his innovative spirit, dedication to quality, and exceptional culinary skills, Chef Chris wants clients to expect to be taken on a culinary journey, exploring new and exciting flavors and textures with each of his dishes.
